The Fannin County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division, along with members of the Fannin County Special Response Team, served a search warrant on Jan. 12, resulting in two people’s arrest.
“At approximately 7 a.m., a search warrant was served on a residence at 1515 Oak Street in Bonham,” said Fannin County Sheriff’s Office Lieutenant Frank Deater.
Arrested was Darrell Lee Lovell for Possession of Controlled Substance (methamphetamine) over 1 gram and under 200 grams and Elizabeth Turner on outstanding warrants.
Lovell also had two outstanding felony warrants for his arrest.
Both parties were transported to the Fannin County Jail without incident.
