The Bonham Public Library is kicking off summer with a Drive-In movie night at 305 E 5th St tonight.
The Monday night feature will be the movie Onward. Onward is a 2020 Walt Disney/Pixar production about two teenage elf brothers Ian and Barley, who embark on a magical quest to spend one more day with their late father.
The PG-rated movie is already garnering great reviews for the storyline and animation.
“The film is a brightly rendered, sentimental ode to adolescence that hits all the right emotional buttons,” The New York Times movie review.
Moviegoers can park in the east parking lot, with the first of several movie nights kicking off just after dusk at around 8:30 p.m.
Organizers are asking everyone to stay in their cars to practice proper social distancing. An FM station will be given upon arrival of tonight’s screening.
Just don’t forget to stock up on movie snacks before you leave home.
