The BOIL WATER ADVISORY issued on Sunday by Dodd City is still in effect, said city officials on Wednesday.
Officials said they have switched to the new well and while it is treated the water quality will be different than what residents are using too.
They say It’s rather salty at this time and bacteriological samples have not been taken yet.
Officials are recommending bottled water for drinking and cooking. It should be fine for any other uses.
