On Wednesday, the Texas Department of Criminal Justice issued a warrant for the arrest of offender 32-year old Dusty Ray Milligan.
Milligan is wanted for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child, Failure to Comply Sex Offender Duty to Register Life/Annually (2X), Criminal Trespass Habitation Shelter Super, and Possession of Control Substance.
Milligan was released after serving time for multiple convictions, and has previously resided in Plano, Quinlan, Crandall, Austin, and Dallas, TX.
