Sam Rayburn Independent School District on Tuesday announced its 2020 Phyllis Russell Memorial Scholarship winner.
The scholarship is provided by the family of Phyllis Russell, who was a long-time educator at Sam Rayburn Elementary School.
Sam Rayburn High School graduate Elizabeth Mosley won the scholarship, and she will receive $500 for her first two semesters of college.
