Trenton Independent School District announced its hiring of two new principals for the 2020-21 school year.
Trenton ISD hired Amy Chambers as the new middle school principal. Chambers, a graduate of Trenton High School in 2000, earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Dallas and her master’s degree from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
Steven Foster was named the new high school principal. He spent the past 19 years working for Pottsboro ISD, spending eight years at the middle school, another eight years at the high school and three years at the elementary school. Foster’s wife, Amy, is an elementary school counselor for Van Alstyne ISD.
