More than 600,000 Hyundai and Kia sedan and SUVs have been recalled due to an increased fire risk.

Various Santa FeOptima and Sedonas are being recalled because of brake fluid leaking, potentially causing a fire.

According to the Associated Press, recall on Kias will begin on Oct. 15, and Oct. 23 for Hyundais.

The recalls include over 440,000 2013 to 2015 Kia Optima midsize sedans and 2014 to 105 Kia Sorento SUVs. More than 151,000 2013 to 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe SUVs are also included in the recall.

Hyundai has reported 15 engine fires caused by fluid leaks and Kia had eight. While Kia has reported no injuries due to the recall, Hyundai is unaware of any injuries that have been sustained.
