A man attempted to evade police on Wednesday morning by climbing out the third-story window at LaQuinta Inn & Suites in Paris.
According to reports, the man had outstanding warrants and when officers attempted to serve those warrants shortly after 8 a.m., the man climbed out the window to hide from police.
Police were able to safely get him back inside the room about 25 minutes later after he refused help from the fire department.
He was arrested and transported to jail.
Paris Police Department, Paris EMS and Paris Fire Department all responded to the call.
