Paris Regional Medical Center has resumed in-person childbirth education classes.
The classes are for expecting mothers, and their partners, who plan to deliver at Paris Regional Medical Center.
Reservation is required and classes will be held on June 12, August 21, September 25 and October 16.
Topics covered include:
- physical changes in pregnancy
- complications of pregnancy
- states of labor
- pain management strategies
- vaginal delivery
- cesarean section
- post-partum care
- newborn care
- breastfeeding overview
Classes will be held in Lewis Hall at PRMC from 8:30 a.m. till 3:30 p.m. Lunch will be provided and masks are required.
