Trenton Independent School District announced its school reopening plans following guidelines recently released from the Texas Education Association (TEA).
In a press release, the school emphasized the importance of families filling out surveys from the school district to decide each student’s preferred method of learning for the upcoming school year. The survey’s were sent out via ParentSquare.
Trenton ISD is offering either face to face instruction or remote instruction with more in-depth descriptions of each learning style available online. The new TEA guidelines will be enacted for the 2020-21 school year, but the school district announced the situation is fluid and plans could change at any time should TEA release or update any guidelines.
