Two people were arrested on Wednesday after a tip led to the discovery of drugs, weapons and a large amount of cash.
“Patrol units responded to a disturbance call at 7143 N State Highway 78 in Fannin County,” said Lt. Frank Deater. “While dealing with the disturbance, Deputies were given information that one of the parties who lived at the residence was growing marijuana around the property of the residence.”
A Fannin County CID Narcotics Deputy was given information that led to the issuance of a search warrant and, once served, assorted substances were located inside the residence.
“Items such as marijuana over 4oz. and THC wax (DAP), edibles, weapons, and a large amount of cash was found,” said Deater.
Arrested was 58-year old Kimberly Rowley and 62-year old Patti Mistler.
Charges include Mfg. and Delivery of Controlled Substance /Penalty Group 2, Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1, and Possession of Marijuana over 4oz. Other charges may be pending.
